Final Bill and Gratuities

Please be advised that we do not accept Travelers Cheques, American Express, or Discovery cards at the Ranch. We do however except all other Visa and MasterCard Cards. You must notify your bank that you are going to use your cards in South Africa. We have a 3% service charge should you wish to pay with your credit cards. We do accept Cash (US$). Because the PH, Hunting staff and the Chefs and their staff are all part of the service industry, gratuities are not mandatory but always appreciated. Please have some Cash (US$) with you for the gratuities. In order to ensure fairness, you will be handed envelopes. Please hand these envelopes in at the Host/Hostess personally. Do not ask anyone to share & decide on the gratuities. The gratuities should reflect your personal gratitude towards the individual staff members. Some envelopes may be added for extra services rendered. Please seal the envelopes.
